Joshua J. Smith joins ECP Commercial

ECP Commercial is pleased to welcome a new team member to it’s growing team.
Joshua J. Smith has joined ECP Commercial’s team as Senior Associate. Joshua’s expertise includes tenant representation, and the sales, leasing and acquisition of office and investment properties. He has extensive experience in healthcare real estate, representing physicians, medical groups and medical office property owners throughout San Diego County.
Joshua brings over seven years of commercial real estate experience to ECP and comes to the firm from Grubb & Ellis Company.

Nelson is currently a senior at San Diego State University and on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Society of SDSU. Nelson will be joining the Retail/Office leasing team of Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins. Our retail team specializes in the acquisition and leasing of retail and office properties in the San Diego County market. This is the next step in ECP’s commitment to grow both its brokerage and property management divisions.
