We manage all over San Diego county. From properties with national anchor tenants to single tenant properties to small multi-tenant properties with tenants as small as 800 square feet, we are equally adept at managing all property types and conditions. Recently, we have been called upon by banks and distressed property owners to come in and stabilize properties in trouble. We have the unique ability to first determine what the property problem is and then attack that problem with our entire team. We address issues from leasing, lease documentation, property condition and bank interface. Usually, when a property is in trouble, it is not from one issue but from a combination of problems that take finesse, judgment and experience. We have worked on project after project that we have not only saved but have stabilized it in a way for it to actually grow and recover. It is in these most difficult circumstances that we do our best work.
