CBRE and ECP Commercial announced that Dan Floit has acquired the Plaza La Tienda retail center, located at 12918-12930 Campo Road, Jamul, CA 91935, from the Dorothy Washington Trust, for a consideration of $3,800,000. The property consists of a multi-tenant retail center and freestanding 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store, totaling 18,636 square feet. Situated at the northeast corner of Campo Rd and Steele Canyon Rd, in Jamul, California, this property is currently 95% occupied with a mix of tenants, including local favorite Brody’s Burgers, as well as 7-Eleven on the hard corner of a signalized intersection. The property serves the local communities of Jamul and Rancho San Diego.

CBRE’s Tim Kerrigan represented the buyer, Dan Floit, and ECP Commercial’s Joe Bonin and Pat Geary represented the seller, the Dorothy Washington Trust. This is the eighteenth transaction Kerrigan has done with Mr. Floit. ECP Assetcare will continue to manage the property, and the leasing will be handled by Mike Conger, Brian Jenkins  and Frank Clark of ECP Commercial. Escrow services were handled by Robert Shaw of Chicago Title Company, and title by Cameron Aldrich, also of Chicago Title Company.
