Summary of Sale:
Joe Bonin and Pat Geary of ECP Commercial recently facilitated a multi-leg exchange on
behalf of four (4) separate private investors, including three (3) properties totaling over
61,143 SF with a total consideration of $11,075,000. ECP was able to identify reinvestment
opportunities to meet each client’s individual investment objectives, while structuring
each transaction to accommodate the exchange timing of each party. All three assets are
stabilized and will be held for investment purposes.

by Big Lots! and Goodwill Industries
6398 Del Cerro Blvd in San Diego: 7,200 SF multi-tenant office building, an outparcel to
the Windmill Farms Center in heart of Del Cerro
2315-2325 Fletcher Pkwy in El Cajon: 11,319 SF multi-tenant retail building in the
Fletcher Hills submarket anchored by Father Joe’s Villages subsidiary
