Joe began his career in commercial brokerage working as an intern at ECP while pursuing his Bachelor's of Science degree with an emphasis in Finance/Real Estate from San Diego State. After attaining his degree, Joe began focusing on industrial properties throughout San Diego County. Joe's focus is divided into three areas: (1) Owner/Landlord Representation - striving to forge and maintain long term relationships with private sale and lease assignments; (2) Tenant/Owner-User Representation - developing a thorough understanding of his client's requirements and representing their interests in the marketplace; (3) Investment Sales - developing and maintaining relationships with his clients while striving to maximize their return in their real estate investments. While at SDSU, Joe was the Co-Founder and Co-President of the Real Estate Society of SDSU, a student organization whose goal is to help students find jobs in the real estate industry.
